In-house specialists
By employing our own tradesmen and ensuring that they are equipped with the
right tools and equipment for a job we are able to monitor the quality of
the work produced and guarantee our result to our clients. That this has been
much
appreciated by our clients is borne out by that fact that 98% of our letting
and management clients and 100% of our commercial clients use our maintenance
division. Where very
specialized work is required (such as gas maintenance, installation, double
glazing or rewiring) is required we use sister companies that have the
required expertise and quality of work.

All work carried out by our organization is fully guaranteed, usually between
twelve and twenty four months.
Letting & Managing Property
In cases where we are letting and managing property
for our clients the maintenance organization benefits from our property database
which
details
the equipment
and fittings within each property. This allows us to have the correct replacement
equipment on board when we arrive following a call out and this saves considerable
time when on site. Our team are also well versed in liaising with (and are
trusted by) tenants for access and this enables further time savings which
result in reduced costs for the client.
